If you are accessing and purchasing products on behalf of a company or organization, you acknowledge that you have valid authorization and legal capacity to be bound by these Terms on behalf of that entity. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate access, or cancel orders for unauthorized, fraudulent, or unethical conduct.

2. Product Information and Accuracy

Liten Lighting specializes in modern indoor lighting fixtures, including chandeliers, pendant lights, floor lamps, table lamps, and wall lamps. We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, functions, and display images on our website are accurate and complete. However, slight color variations due to lighting conditions during photography, screen display deviations, and human measurement errors are not considered product quality issues or shipping errors. All lighting products are designed and certified to meet U.S. residential and commercial indoor electrical safety standards.

We reserve the right to update product styles, specifications, packaging, and feature upgrades without prior notice to our customers.

3. Pricing and Tax Rules

All product prices displayed on our website are in US dollars (USD). Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include federal, state, or local sales taxes. Customers are responsible for applicable sales taxes as required by local consumer protection regulations. We reserve the right to adjust product prices, launch promotions, or terminate discounts at any time without notice. Price changes only apply to new orders and do not affect orders with confirmed payment.

4. Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full through our officially supported payment methods, including American, Express, Didi Chuxing, Discover, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, and Visa. We use a secure third-party encrypted payment processing system and strictly adhere to PCI-DSS payment security standards. We do not store your complete credit card information. Once payment is successfully verified, the order will be queued for warehouse processing. Any failed payment, unusual transactions, or suspected fraud will result in order suspension or cancellation.

5. Order Processing and Shipping Rules

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. The daily order cutoff time is 4:00 PM Pacific Time. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, exclusively handled by UPS. Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days. We only support shipping within the United States and do not include international addresses, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. All shipping rules are subject to our official shipping policy.

6. Returns and Refunds Policy

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for unused, uninstalled, and intact lighting products. Damage or defects caused by shipping must be reported within 24 hours of receipt for a free replacement or refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for voluntary returns. All return requests must obtain an official RMA authorization number. Specific rules are subject to our official refund and return policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product images, videos, text, design styles, logos, trademarks, and layout designs, is the property of Liten Lighting and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. No individual or organization may copy, modify, distribute, commercially use, or plagiarize our website content and product designs without our written authorization. 8. Prohibited User Behaviors

You agree not to use our website and services for any illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activities, including but not limited to malicious order placement, fake transactions, malicious refund requests, cyberattacks, unauthorized data scraping, and any behavior that violates U.S. local laws and website operating rules. We reserve the right to permanently ban users who violate the rules. Upon discovery of any violation, we will immediately cancel all abnormal orders.

9. Disclaimer

Our products and website services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the website will operate uninterruptedly and without errors at all times. We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, extreme weather, logistical delays, official policy changes, network failures, or improper installation and use of lighting products by customers. For any order dispute, our maximum liability will not exceed the actual payment amount of the corresponding order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States federal laws. Any dispute arising from order transactions, website use, or service cooperation shall first be resolved amicably through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Los Angeles County Court, California.

Liten Lighting reserves the right to revise, update, and optimize these Terms and all official store policies in accordance with legal requirements and business adjustments.
